Large transformation programs, such as re-imagining end-to-end customer journeys, require commitment and conviction at all levels of an organization, and particularly among top management. When considering a large-scale transformation program, we invite leaders to visit TMT companies more advanced in the journey to learn from them. The visits are led by the host organization, not McKinsey, and companies are open about their successes and challenges. You will get a true behind the scenes tour! As an example, by summer 2018, over 60 organizations had visited European telecommunications company to learn about their digital transformation. We also offer visits to a software & services provider in North America and a telecommunications company in Asia, both focused on Agile. ​ Recently, another telecommunications company in EMEA will now share "Next-gen marketing & Sales transformation" story combining Digital, Analytics and Agile organization. And a North American baseball team will share their Analytics and Agile story.
